My friend has been using the formula 1 shakes for a few months now and lots lots of weight so I thought I would try them to hopefully kick start myself into a year of fitness.
Been using them about 5 days now and coping well. I opted for chocolate and strawberry which taste ok. If I’m running or swimming I blend in some oats or banana as well for extra energy. I have the protein bars too . I find I need to have one mid afternoon but then I’m ok until tea time although I need to eat earlier usually by 5.30 at the latest because I’m very ready for food by then. I feel like I have lost some weight but haven’t weighed myself as yet.
